Bids & RFP's
For single purchases and contracts in excess of $5,000.00, bids, requests for proposals (RFP), or requests for qualifications (RFQ) will be displayed by advertising in at least one newspaper of general circulation or mailing invitations to bid to available vendors in addition to being available on this website. Bids must be submitted in writing. The Board of Commissioners must approve all bids of $10,000 or more. All purchases and contracts for less than such amount can be approved by the County Manager.
Lee County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
