Presley and is located at 195 Stocks Dairy Road, Leesburg, Georgia 31763, tax parcel number 062A 094, in Land Lot 76 of the First Land District of Lee County, Georgia.
TEXT AMENDMENT – Lee County
(T26-003) Lee County has submitted a request for a zoning text amendment to the Lee County Code of Ordinances to add a new article, to be known as Article XXII, establishing Zoning District I-3 (Technology and Data Infrastructure District) within the unincorporated areas of Lee County.

Page Tharp Governmental Building, located at 102 Starksville Avenue North, Leesburg, Georgia 31763. The Planning Commission will forward its recommendation.
The Lee County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and a final vote on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Opal Cannon Auditorium of the T. Page Tharp Governmental Building, located at 102 Starksville Avenue North, Leesburg, Georgia 31763.
